As a guest here, you have access to the entire home. You can use all of the rooms and all the amenities, including the stackable washer and dryer, coffee bar, wet bar and wine cellar, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen and bathroom essentials, books, board games, and helpful information about the local area. From here you're just minutes from local grocery stores, beach boutiques, spas, salons, waterfront restaurants, and Ocean City's vibrant nightlife scene. You’ll also have exclusive access to resort amenities, including the indoor heated pool, Tiki Bar and grill area, outdoor pool, sauna, and private beach. You will be assigned two parking spaces in the covered garage and given a unique code to access the lockbox on the front door.

Neighborhood
Ideally located at 98th Street, you're right on the beach with unobstructed views from the 11th floor of the ocean and beach below. On-site you'll find fine dining at the Jungle Restaurant as well as seasonal casual dining and fantastic drinks at the outdoor Jungle Bar with an ocean view. In walking distance, you'll find some of Ocean City's best fine dining (Liquid Assets is a 5 minute walk and The Hobbit is roughly a 15 minute walk away), in addition to other great restaurants, the Acme grocery store, and great local bars and fantastic dining options.
Transit
2 on-site parking spots are included with your stay (subject to the Plaza's $65 weekly guest registration fee from May 1st - October 31st). Everything you need is within walking distance (great restaurants, bars, RiteAid, and Acme grocery and there's an cost-effective and well-serviced bus route that will take you anywhere from the Downtown Inlet to the Delaware State Line.

No smoking, no pets. Guest Building Registration fee of $80 is required upon check-in. payable from May 1st through October 31st, includes parking for two vehicles. Fee for extra vehicles: $15 per day or $80.00 per week. This property is a registered short term rental, Ocean City license number 82226. Guest Use Agreement & Comprehensive Liability Waiver Applies to All Guests, All Amenities, and All Property Conditions Includes Community Pool, Hot Tub, Beach Access & Environmental Risks By booking this property, you and all members of your party acknowledge and accept the following terms. This agreement is binding upon all guests associated with the reservation. 1. COMMUNITY POOL & HOT TUB – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK The pool and hot tub are community amenities maintained by the property’s homeowners association (HOA). They are unsupervised and used entirely at your own risk. All guests must comply with posted HOA rules including hours, maximum occupancy, safety policies, and behavior standards. Temporary closures may occur without refund due to weather, maintenance, or public health guidance. 2. WATERBORNE ILLNESS & LEGIONNAIRES’ DISEASE NOTICE Legionella bacteria, which can cause Legionnaires’ disease (a potentially serious form of pneumonia), may exist in water systems, including but not limited to: Pools or hot tubs Showers, faucets, sinks Cooling systems or HVAC units Sprinklers, decorative fountains, or other plumbing fixtures While the host and HOA adhere to industry-standard maintenance practices, no system is guaranteed to be free of Legionella or other waterborne pathogens. By staying at this property and using any water system, you acknowledge and accept: The inherent risk of exposure to Legionella and other environmental bacteria That guests who are immunocompromised, elderly, smokers, or have chronic respiratory or kidney conditions may be at higher risk That you voluntarily assume all risks related to such exposure and waive liability to the maximum extent permitted by Maryland law 3. GENERAL SAFETY RULES – POOL, HOT TUB & BEACH No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving, running, or glass containers allowed near the pool or hot tub. Use of alcohol or drugs while using these amenities is prohibited. Limit hot tub use to 15 minutes. Consult a doctor before using the hot tub if pregnant, elderly, or suffering from heart, blood pressure, or respiratory conditions. 4. BEACH ACCESS & OCEAN HAZARD NOTICE The property provides access to a public or semi-private beach. There are no lifeguards. Swim at your own risk. Ocean hazards include: Riptides and strong currents (which can be fatal even for strong swimmers) Sharks, jellyfish, and other marine wildlife Floating debris, rough surf, and changing weather conditions Guests are responsible for supervising minors and ensuring safe behavior at the beach. Do not swim alone, and avoid swimming at dawn/dusk or after storms. 5. PROPERTY CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENTAL RISKS The property may include stairs, walkways, decks, uneven terrain, insects, wildlife, and other natural features. Guests should use caution outdoors, especially at night or after rainfall. The host is not responsible for injury or illness related to natural hazards, allergic reactions, slips, or animal encounters. 6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION To the maximum extent permitted by Maryland law, you and your guests agree to: Waive, release, and discharge the host, property owner, manager, and affiliates from any and all liability or claims for: Injury, illness (including Legionnaires’ disease), or death Property damage or loss Emotional distress Exposure to natural, biological, or environmental hazards This includes incidents arising from: Use of the pool, hot tub, or beach Water or HVAC systems on or near the property Acts of nature, third parties, or HOA-controlled spaces This waiver covers ordinary negligence but not gross negligence or intentional misconduct, which cannot be waived under Maryland law. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host for any damages, legal claims, or expenses arising from your own or your guests’ misuse of the property, failure to follow rules, or violation of community policies. 7. The place was exactly as described. We had a great time. The unit is clean and a large space. The views of the ocean were amazing and we loved being out on the balcony. The bay views are just as great. We took our kids because of indoor pool and it was great. We will be coming back.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here!! From the breathtaking ocean front views, impeccable decor, upscale renovations throughout with many extras, the new and fully equipped kitchen, upgraded appliances, flawless cleaning, comfortable bed/furniture, and great location (Some great restaurants, bars, and grocery store within walking distance). They've thought of and included everything one would need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the hosts, aside from we'll definitely be booking it again!

CLEAN, CLASS & COMFORT ALL THE WAY !! Gorgeous kitchen, Dining and living area with a magnificent sea view from the moment you step in the door... !! The whole condo was spotlessly clean, gorgeous updated Bathrooms, super comfy beds, pillows and super soft Linens. Josh & Courtney are to be congratulated on the way they have ensured there is nothing more you could need or want in their Condo, it was the absolute best Airbnb we have ever had the pleasure to spend 5 nights in, and we have stayed in many all around the world!!! The supplies were amazing... right down to hand soap and T-tissue in the bathrooms, to condiments, herbs/spices/sauces in the kitchen. We have experienced more expensive places where not even one sheet of T-tissue was supplied!! We highly recommend this Condo... Comfort, Cleanliness, supplies, view, walkability, ease of check in... ALL SUPERB !!!!!

The view was exactly what was described and pictured- listening to the waves crashing at night was such an amazing treat. The host, Josh was always responsive. The beds were comfortable and almost all the furnishings were new. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was perfect with DQ across the street & the cute little cafe Coffee Beanery was also right across the street. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.
